Dataset description

The source of the data is the Ministry of Finance. The data shall be updated once a year during the current year. The format of the submission of the information is in.csv. The table contains a timetable for the award of the planned public supply, service and works contracts subject to public contracts to be launched in 2020 by the Ministry of Finance. The table also shows the order of entrustment of the PO/type of procedures. Legal framework: Public Procurement Act (PPA); Implementing Regulation of the Public Procurement Act (PPPP) Concepts and definitions: Ministry of Finance — Ministry of Finance; PPA — Public Procurement Act; PZOP — Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act.
