Stationary source owners/users, who have continuous emission measurements in place, shall ensure the continuous transmission of data via a computer network to the Agency. Data on emissions from stationary sources belong to the NIPP Theme Industrial and production facilities Data Specification on Production and Industrial Facilities — Technical Guidelines.
