General urban plan of the city of Zagreb

The general urban planning plan of the city of Zagreb, a spatial plan which, in accordance with the law, is adopted for the construction area of the settlement city of Zagreb (part), the boundaries of which are determined by the City of Zagreb’s Spatial Plan. The general urban planning plan, in accordance with the Strategy and the Spatial Planning Programme of the Republic of Croatia and the City of Zagreb’s Spatial Plan, sets out the basic organisation of the space, the protection of natural, cultural and historical values, the use and use of the areas, with the proposed conditions and measures of their design. The general urban planning plan contains the way and forms of protection and use, conditions and guidelines for landscaping and protection, measures for improvement and protection of the environment, areas with special and other features, and other elements important for the city of Zagreb.
