Dataset description
The Croatian National Bank issues an authorisation to perform exchange operations, under the conditions laid down in the Foreign Exchange Act. An authorisation shall be granted if all the conditions for issuing it, including the submission of all the required documentation, are fulfilled. An authorised gearbox may perform changeover tasks only if it fulfils all the conditions laid down in the relevant legal and regulatory regulations. Authorised exchange offices are residents of craftsmen, traders of individuals and legal entities that have the CNB’s approval.
