ENVI Environment Atlas

Publicly available on the Agency’s website. ENVI portal is a web portal of the environmental information system that provides public access through the web GIS browser, as well as the administration of all spatial information and data of the Environmental Protection Information System (ISZO) and transparently presents and distributes them through standardised WMS and WFS services for viewing and downloading data. Legal basis: Act on National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NN 56/13) Data: The system automatically collects spatial information from the Environmental Protection Information Systems (EIS) and, together with other attributes available to the public, brings it together and presents it to interested stakeholders. Some of the more significant systems per theme of the ISZO are: Thematic area: Air Air quality in the Republic of Croatia; Emissions from stationary sources; A list of legal persons carrying out activities in the field of air protection; Emissions of volatile organic compounds; Volatile organic compounds in paints and varnishes Thematic area: Sea Sea quality for bathing in the Republic of Croatia; Quality of transitional, coastal and marine waters, fisheries and mariculture Thematic area: Nature Ecosystems; Damage to forest ecosystems of the Republic of Croatia with description of plant communities Thematic area: Pedosphere and lithosphere CORINE Land Cover (CLC) cover and land use; High-resolution layers (HR layers); Land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) Thematic area: Waste Waste management; Landfills; Asbestos cassettes; Recycling yards; Compostanes; Biogas installations; Transboundary movement of waste Thematic area: Industry and energy Environmental Pollution Register (ROO); Exploitation and exploration fields of mineral raw materials in the Republic of Croatia; Register of installations where dangerous substances are present (RPOT); Register of reported major accidents (major accident log); Logbook of use permits and decisions on integrated environmental protection conditions (BOUDR) Thematic area: Health and safety Strategic noise map information system and action plans Targeted beneficiaries: Ministries, state administration bodies, faculties, environmental NGOs, professional and general public.
