Fuel quality at petrol stations and warehouses

It shall be made publicly available on the Agency’s website with the possibility to register users at different levels. The database contains data on liquid petroleum fuels (quantities of liquid petroleum fuels put into circulation on the domestic market by fuel type, individual entity and total), data on storage and/or petrol station owners, basic data on service stations and warehouses, and information on technical environmental standards against emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the storage and distribution of petrol. The database also contains annual reports on the quality characteristics of petroleum liquid fuels, data on the presence of the petrol vapour recovery system installed during petrol recharging of motor vehicles, as well as data on the results of the performance testing of this system. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14), Decree on the Quality of Petroleum Liquid Fuels (OG 113/13, 76/14, 56/15), Decree on technical standards for the protection of the environment against emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the storage and distribution of petrol (OG 135/06), Regulation on environmental protection technical standards for reducing emissions of volatile organic compounds arising from the charging of motor vehicles with petrol at service stations (OG 5/11) Data: Suppliers submit annual data to HAOP via electronic software (network application), which enables network input, processing and display of data and the database is continuously updated. Targeted beneficiaries: Suppliers, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy, Inspection Services, Administration of Customs, other administrative and public bodies and scientific and professional public.
