Dataset description

Since 2005, the City of Rijeka, Institute for Informatics, has been organising IT education courses for targeted groups of citizens, namely Basic Information Course, Advanced Information Course and Basics of Online Journalism, noting that only people who already possess basic IT knowledge can apply for the Advanced IT course and the Basics of Online Journalism course. The course is intended for persons who reside in the territory of the City of Rijeka, namely pensioners, retired Croatian veterans, beneficiaries of the social program of the City of Rijeka, people with special needs as well as housewives over 55 years of age. The course will cover 230 people.
