Građani i po tri predstavnika zainteresiranih pravnih osoba, imaju pravo prisustvovati sjednici Vijeća. Građani i pravne osobe dužni su pisanim putem najaviti svoju nazočnost i nazočnost svojih predstavnik a najmanje tri dana prije održavanja sjednice. Popunjeni obrazac šalje se mailom na adresu elektronske pošte [email protected], ili putem faxa na broj 020 851 241.
