On the basis of Article 4(3) Of the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act (NN No.
143/21) a member of the representative body shall be obliged in writing within 15 days of entry into
duty or acquisitions to notify the chair of the representative body if it has 5 % or more
shares in the ownership of the business entity.
Pursuant to Article 4(4) of that law, the list of shares referred to in paragraph 3 shall be published and
it is regularly updated on the website of the local and regional self-government unit.
Article 5, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4 of that Act provides that business entities are
companies, institutions and other legal persons and other entities of business relationships such as
crafts, cooperatives, family farms and self-employed persons, and
holders and members of other business entities established under the law.
