Dataset description
The Register is a centralised list of expropriated real estate that contains information on the method of determining the interests of the Republic of Croatia, the purpose of the expropriation, the type of expropriation, cadastral plots, cadastral municipalities in which the real estate is located, the form and amount of the fee and information on the parties in the Republic of Croatia.
Legal basis for the management of the dataset: Expropriation and Compensation Act (NN Nos 74/14, 69/17, 98/19)
By-law: Rules on the content and manner of keeping the register of expropriated real estate (NN Nos 17/16, 16/20).
