Register of legal and natural persons for TOOS or F gases

Register of legal and natural persons — artisanal persons engaged in the import/export and placing on the market of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, restoring and recovering these substances who have been licensed to carry out the collection, verification of leakage, installation and servicing of the following devices and equipment containing or relying on controlled substances and whether fluorinated greenhouse gases are dependent on them. List of legal and natural persons — craftsmen engaged in the activity of importing/exporting and placing on the market controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, restoring and recovering these substances, managed by the Ministry of Environmental and Nature Protection. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14), Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 90/14). Targeted beneficiaries: Employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy and the Croatian Environment and Nature Agency, inspection services, professional and other interested public.
