Dataset description
Tables showing the maximum amount of redundancy payable by the Surplus Fund. The figures are annual and relate to the period from 2000 onwards.
In accordance with its law on termination of employment, the maximum amount of payment is calculated as the maximum number of weeks’ allowance (75,5) multiplied by the maximum weekly rate taken into account for payment, which is 4 times the weekly amount of basic insurable earnings.
