The Dagi dataset is a standardised reference dataset that describes — and shows — the country’s administrative geographical division. Denmark’s Administrative Geographical Division (DAGI) is not finished short themes or end-user products. It is digital spatial data that needs to be processed before they become finished products (e.g. a printed map) or solutions (e.g. an internet service).
The data set is thus not tied to or dependent on a particular use, or card type; on the contrary, it must be capable of being used in conjunction with all types of data, e.g. administrative, economic and statistical data and equals.
