Denmark’s Height Model — Territory

A digital model of the height of the ground relative to the average sea level. All terrain objects such as trees, houses, cars, etc. have been removed. The model is suitable for planning, design and landscape analysis. The Danish High Module (DHM) provides detailed information on altitude conditions in Denmark and allows for the production of detailed and accurate maps. Terrain data is part of Denmark’s high level model and is made available as web services and downloads. Denmark’s high-level model is used, inter alia, in the fields of defence, preparedness and the environment, in connection with major construction and construction projects, mapping and archaeological work.
