Dataset description

The dataset contains data on positions on invasive species covered by the EU Regulation No 1143/2014 of 22 October 2014. Data have been reported through the Danish Environmental Protection Agency’s reporting system and other Danish publicly available data collections, e.g. Flora Danica and DOF Basen. We collect data, inter alia, on the basis of Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species http://mst.dk/media/140095/endelig-ias-forordning_da.pdf but also in order to comply with other international and national legislation and objectives. The dataset contains observations that are aggregated in 10 km squares.
