GIS theme (divided into flat and point theme) with spatial objects from the Nature database associated with the programme of activities of the same name, Monitoring of Annex species. This group of activity types in the Nature Database relates primarily to the monitoring of species listed in Annexes II, IV and V of the Habitats Directive, which are included in the national monitoring programme NOVANA. These are therefore selected plant and animal species (not birds) that are vulnerable or threatened at EU level. Monitoring of Annex species, depending on the specific species/species group, may include actual censuses or mere presence (presence/absence).
For each GIS object, the following attributes from each registry are displayed in the Nature Database:
— Activity: The type of activity (entry form) to which the registration belongs.
— Responsible institution: the authority or advisory firm that is the data controller.
— Place name: Name or code used by the institution responsible for the specific location.
— Field date: Date of registration in the field.
— Actidity: The activity’s unique identification number in the Nature Database. Actid is included in the URL for displaying the complete registration form for each registration.
— LINK: Link to display of the complete registration form for each registration.
