Areas as of the regions have been reported to the Danish Geodata Agency and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency as mapped at knowledge level 2 (‘V2’). An area is referred to as mapped at knowledge level 2, if evidence has been provided that it can be assumed with a high degree of certainty that soil contamination of such a nature and concentration is present on the site that the pollution can have harmful effects on humans and the environment. LBK No 1427 of 04/12/2009, Ordinance of the Act on Contaminated Soil, § 3.
