Wastewater treatment plant, discharge point COUNCIL DIRECTIVE of 21 May 1991 (91/271/EEC) on urban waste water treatment The card indicates the expiry point from the cleaning plants and companies. Cleaning plant receives effluent from sewers. Sampling is carried out in the inlet and drainage treatment plants in order to be able to calculate the quantities emitted and, on the other hand, to check whether the discharge complies with the prescribed discharge requirements. The expiry point of closed wastewater treatment plants is also shown.
