Aarhus Municipality receives COVID19 data on a daily basis from the Danish Agency for Patient Safety. These include data on new cases, broken down by different parameters (e.g. postcode, 10-year age bands, education ages 7-15 years, 16-19 years and 20-25 years).
The data is visualised on [Aarhus in figures](https://ledelsesinformation.aarhuskommune.dk/aarhus-i-tal/default.aspx?doc=vfs://Global/AARHUS-I-TAL/Covid-19-Oversigt.xview)
In order to increase transparency about corona in Aarhus Municipality, it has been decided to publish the raw data as open public data so that it is freely and openly available to everyone.
No personal data are published (e.g. road names) and data under 5 cases are anonymised.
Data were updated daily after 2 p.m. at the same time as the Statens Serum Institute publishes official figures at country level.
