This report is the second wave of three surveys relating to a major information campaign about consumers‟ rights, which itself consists of three waves. The aim of the three surveys is to track trends in public opinion, and to measure the effects of the campaign on the target group, the 21 to 45 year-old. The fieldwork for this second wave of the survey took place from 14-18 May 2009.
The fieldwork for the wave 3 of the survey took place from 2-6 November 2009.
