Flash Eurobarometer 417: European businesses and public administration

Modernising public administration has been highlighted as a priority for reform in the Annual Growth Survey, and country specific recommendations in this area were issued as part of the European Semester of economic governance. In this context, as part of the drive to improve public administration across Member States, a public administration scoreboard was published as part of the Member States’ Competitiveness report in September 2014.
