Flash Eurobarometer 442: Insolvency

Recently the European Commission issued a recommendation to develop new approaches to protect the rights of creditors, but also to assist businesses in financial difficulty. The current Insolvency Initiative will follow up this recommendation. It aims to establish a new legislative proposal on restructuring and on businesses' second chance by the end of 2016.
