Between 1st September 2003 and 30th September 2003, the European Opinion Research Group, a consortium of Market and Public Opinion Research agencies, made out of INRA in Belgium – I.C.O. and GfK Worldwide, carried out wave 60.0 of the standard Eurobarometer, on request of the EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Directorate-General Press and Communication, Opinion Polls. This survey was requested by DG Employment and Social Affairs, Unit E/4 and coordinated by Directorate General Press and Communication.
