Special Eurobarometer 307: The role and impact of local and regional authorities within the European Union

This report presents the results of a Special Eurobarometer survey which was commissioned by the Directorate-General Communication of the European Commission on behalf of the Committee of the Regions. The aim of the survey was to obtain a better understanding of the importance the public gives to the various levels of public authorities and to measure public awareness of the CoR.
