Special Eurobarometer 420: Passenger Rights

Travelling is an essential aspect of daily life for European citizens. Passenger rights protect citizens when travelling in the EU on all modes of transport (by plane, train, ship or long distance bus). This Eurobarometer survey assesses the use of transport services in the EU but also the knowledge and understanding European citizens have of their rights as passengers and how they can apply them.
