It refers to turnover from services supplied to third parties that is reported in the annual regulatory accounts of the designated USP(s) and of operators providing services. It includes duties and taxes invoiced, with the exception of VAT, as well as all relevant charges invoiced to the customer. Receipts from foreign operators are also included. Reductions in prices and discounts are deducted. It excludes other operating income, financial income and extra ordinary income as well as operating subsidies from public authorities.Turnover generated for letter mail services, domestically: this indicator reportsthe aggregated turnover for the provision of letter mail post within the economic territory of the country of reference. It includes turnover generated for domestic, inbound and outbound services generated by designated USP(s), operators providing universal services or services interchangeable with the USO and other postal operators.Turnover generated for parcel services, domestically: reportsthe aggregated turnover for the provision of courier and express and parcel services within the economic territory of the country of reference. It includes turnover for domestic, inbound, and outbound services generated by USP(s), operators providing universal services or services interchangeable with the USO and other postal operators.Turnover generated in the universal service area, domestically: reports the aggregated turnover attributed to the universal service area generated within the economic territory of the country of reference, which is reported in the annual regulatory accounts of the USP(s), as well as of operators providing universal services or services interchangeable with the USO.
