Dataset description

NAR product consists in Metop/AVHRR and SNPP/VIIRS derived sub-skin Sea Surface Temperature over North Atlantic and European Seas at 2 km resolution, four times a day. This product is available only from 01/12/2009 to 12/01/2017. For data before this date, we advice you to use the North Atlantic and Regional Sea Surface Temperature (NAR SST) - NOAA. For date after this date, we advice you to use the L3C North Atlantic Regional (NAR) Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST) - Multimission.
