The WB-ARA builds on knowledge from previous editions of the annual report. The analysis is structured around the following elements:(1) a description of the general context in which border controls at common borders between Member States and Western Balkan countries occur (2) annual risk assessment that includes identification and description of the main risks affecting both the area of the Western Balkans and Member States or Schengen Associated Countries, (3) outlook, and (4) conclusions.
