Dataset description
According to Article 90 of the EC Financial Regulation, and more specifically to Articles 118 and 119 of the general lmplementing Rules, laying down detailed rules for contracts advertising: Direct Contracts with a value between € 25.000 and € 60.000 and, Specific Contracts signed under a Framework Contract for a individual or cumulated value above € 125.000,shall be published on the Fusion for Energy website no later than 31 March of the following financial year of its signature.The publications hereby referred to concerns only the administrative contracts of Fusion for Energy.
