This population is spread in small villages along the western (principally) and eastern coasts of the peninsula north of Palu city. - 75,000 people exposed to MMI VII "Very Strong" shaking (Moderate damage to vulnerable structures) Tsunami: The event happened very close to the coast: a tsunami of the order of 3m was produced along the coasts of Sulawesi heavily impacting the cities of Palu and Donggala.<br/> <br/> Reference products: 0<br/> Delineation products: 0<br/> Grading products: 18<br/> <br/> Copernicus Emergency Management Service - Mapping is a service funded by European Commission aimed at providing actors in the management of natural and man-made disasters, in particular Civil Protection Authorities and Humanitarian Aid actors, with mapping products based on satellite imagery.<br/>
