This layer shows the hydrological skill of LISFLOOD expressed through the modified Kling-Gupta Efficiency for the calibration and validation period at gauging stations, which were used to calibrate LISFLOOD. For more information regarding the Kling-Gupta Efficiency the reader is referred to Gupta et al. (2009).
This information is updated after every calibration round to provide the EFAS user with an insight into the goodness of fit achieved by the hydrological model. This knowledge is also important during the evaluation of flood forecasts. The spatial coverage of this data set is the extended geographic Europe.
