<br/> Activation time (UTC): 2014-11-13 14:28:00<br/> Event time (UTC): 2014-11-10 08:00:00<br/> Event type: Other<br/> <br/> Activation reason: <br/> Heavy rainfall starting on 10 November affected the regions of Liguria and Piemonte. The new rainfall came on top of the past flooding events from last October and immediately caused severe floods and landslides in the eastern territory of Liguria region and in the northern area of Piemonte regions. Hundreds of people have been evacuated from the affected areas while 3 persons lost their lives. Moreover heavy rainfall has hit for several days Lombardia.
