Resource type Named Authority List

The Resource type authority table (AT) lists the different types of document (e.g. directive, regulation, etc.) used in the context of data exchange between the European institutions involved in the legal decision-making process. Set up in order to harmonise the various types of documents used by different systems and, in particular, in the "Core Metadata and Extension Metadata XML schemas", this AT is part of the Core Metadata. With respect to the Core Metadata, Resource type AT is related to the Event and Corporate body (Agent) authority tables. It is under governance of the Interinstitutional Metadata Maintenance Committee (IMMC) and maintained by the Publications Office of the EU on the EU Vocabularies website.
