Dataset description

A two-day forecast of sea ice movements produced by the Finnish Meteorological Institute during the winter season. Focus areas in motion speeds, ice clearance, opening of rails and pressing situations. The sea ice forecast is usually based on the ice map published daily and the wind and temperature forecast of the Finnish Meteorological Institute.
