Case management reference architecture

This reference architecture is intended to be used as a guide in the development of municipal case management and supporting information systems, especially for the digitalisation of administrative practices. The objective of the reference architecture description is to harmonise case management processes and concepts and thus promote the interoperability of implementation solutions. The reference architecture describes how the generalised process of case management, stakeholders, roles, main data and IT services work as a whole.
