Government Final Acts, Object Architecture of Structured Documents

The processing of government structured documents has been prepared in 2017 in the preliminary study project (VNK003:00/2017, VNK003:00/2017) preparing the Government’s decision-making instrument as an appendix to the preliminary report and describes the target state of processing of government structured documents after 2-4 years. For the purposes of this work, Government Decision Acts refer to documents published in Parliament documents or in a collection of legislative acts: — Government proposal — The law to be adopted — Government Decree — Decree of the President of the Republic — Ministerial Decree — Statement by the Council of State (U letter, interests). Target architecture describes the architectural principles, boundaries and boundary conditions of government structured documents, boundary architectures, key requirements and objectives that emerged during the architectural work, stakeholders, services, processes, roles, conceptual model, main data groups, data flows, information system services and information systems. The target space covers the processing of structured documents by 12 ministries. It does not deal with the management of specific datasets, but only the processing of public and national level IV data. Approximately 1,800 people participate in the drafting of government documents. The object architecture has not been extended to the administrative branches of ministries, but the need to enable the ministries to prepare documents together with their administrative branches has been highlighted. The material includes a preliminary study report, a description of the site architecture and attachments.
