976 Zonage Letchimy (Departmental Synthesis of Municipal and Intercommunal Habitat Control Plans)

The CP(I)LHI is first of all a method of identifying unworthy habitat at the level of a commune or intercommunity, with a view to then defining a multiannual plan for the eradication of unworthy housing in the area in question. This local plan defines, for a period of six years, on the basis of a diagnosis of the various forms of unworthy and informal habitat, the objectives and priority actions necessary to resolve these situations. This layer is the synthesis at the departmental level of Letchimy zoning.
