Dataset description

WFS Service — A heap consists of the accumulation of waste rock, by-products of mining primarily shale. It can be conical in shape and then constitute a strong signal in the landscape, or flat and melt completely, especially if the vegetation has settled there. A verse is a place where bulk waste rocks are discharged, most often down the slope under the operating tunnels. A hald or deposit is a cluster of materials consisting of the sorting and washing wastes of a metal mine. This layer contains objects from the EDAs and the “remarkable points” layer of the Geoderis base.
