Archives 2013 — Population information basins for industrial risks in Rhône-Alpes

DATA ARCHIVE 2013 CAMPAIGN Industrial establishments subject to a special PPI Intervention Plan (Seveso High Threshold Sites, Underground Chemical Storage and Base Nuclear Facilities) are required to inform riparian populations about major industrial risks every 5 years. Information to the public mainly results in the distribution to the inhabitants of the municipalities concerned of an information brochure per basin setting out the industrial sites and the guidelines to be applied in the event of a major industrial accident. The layer contains the basins of affected municipalities, where information brochures are distributed to the public, and a link to the brochure (one per basin).
