Polygonal layers of the Great Tetras presence areas in the Jura rhône-alpine, update 2010. The field “Type” defined 4 types of area of presence:
sensitive area = the busiest area during wintering and singing;
regular area = area where the species is observed at least one time in the year, by definition includes the sensitive area; irregular area = area encompassing accidental observation areas or areas of old presence;
management area = area encompassing the regular area and also including areas of occasional presence where recolonisation seems reasonably possible and where it is desirable to integrate Great Tetras into the management policies of these areas
