Layer “areas of presumption of archaeological prescriptions” in which development operations affecting the subsoil are presumed to be the subject of archaeological prescriptions prior to their realisation (Heritage Code, Book V, Title II, Art. L. 522.5). Within the “areas of presumption of archaeological prescriptions” of the thresholds of right-of-way of the works are likely to be the subject of prior archaeological prescriptions (Decree n°2004-490 of 3 January 2004, Art. 4).
