Average price of land and near free of more than 70 ares per small agricultural area grouped in Languedoc-Roussillon (2014)

Prices are published in the Order of 13 July 2015 setting the indicative scale of the average market value of agricultural land in 2014 (http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2015/7/13/AGRS1516440A/jo/texte). A publication of the series common to Terres d’Europe — SCAFR and the SSP was carried out on the basis of a recast of the method for estimating the market value of agricultural land. This project is now being translated into the common distribution of prices for land and agricultural meadows at all geographical levels, the quality of which is certified by the SSP. The values correspond to the price of land and meadows of more than 70 ares in euro current per hectare.
