Le thème "Hydrographie" de la BD TOPO®v2 contient les tronçons des cours d'eau, les canalisations d'eau, la limite côtière (basse et haute mer sont confondues sur la mer Méditerranée), les points d'eau (source, captage, puits,...), les réservoirs d'eau, les hydronymes (marais, canal, pêcherie,...) et les surfaces en eau naturelles ou artificielles. Selon les spécifications de la base de données, le réseau hydrographique permanent est complet à 99%.
