The Contract de Ville de l’Eurometopole de Strasbourg was voted unanimously at the Eurometropole Council on 26 June 2015. This new contract follows the Urban Contract for Social Cohesion (CUCS) and is fully articulated with urban renewal.
The City Contract identifies 18 Priority Districts of the City Policy (QPV). These 18 neighbourhoods account for more than 77,000 inhabitants in 5 municipalities, representing more than 16 % of the population of the agglomeration.
Seven of these 18 QPVs are the subject of an Urban Renewal Project (PRU), which aims to improve the living environment of these neighbourhoods.
