Location of Scot perimeters and Scot municipalities. Administrative follow-up of Territorial Coherence Schemes (SCoT) in New Aquitaine.
The Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT) is an urban planning document that sets out, at the level of several municipalities or groupings of municipalities, the basic guidelines for the organisation of the territory and the evolution of urban areas, in order to preserve a balance between urban, industrial, tourist, agricultural and natural areas. Established by the SRU Law of 13 December 2000, it sets the objectives of the various public policies on housing, economic development and displacement.
These data have been developed on the basis of the national application for monitoring urban planning and housing documents (SuDocUH) and supplemented by the information collected from the DDT(M) and the DREAL/SALD of the Aquitaine region.
