Digitisation of information contained on paper zoning plans of approved POS, PLU and Communal Maps.
Digitisation has been carried out in accordance with the 2014 CNIG standard and is available in several layers (zoning, prescriptions, information, dressing)
Vector data do not have regulatory value and do not replace enforceable urban planning documents. They constitute decision-making aid.
All file parts have been scanned in DDT. The zoning plans were digitised by a private design office, then checked and validated in DDT. Digitisation has been carried out gradually, giving priority to “stable” documents. The new approvals gradually enrich this basis. More recent documents are produced directly in GNIG format by design firms at the time of approval.
The layer is a departmental layer that gathers all the digitised documents. For each municipality, the date of the last procedure taken into account is specified in the field ‘DATAPPRO’
The changes are integrated as quickly as possible, but there may be a few months lag between the approval date and the integration date. This period may be greater if the planning document has been revised. It is therefore important to check the date in the “DATAPPRO” field.
