The Law Noise of 31/12/92 provides for regulations against noise from land transport. Infrastructure MOs (roads/streets >5.000 veh/d, interurban railway tracks >50 trains/d and urban >100 trains/d, TCSP tracks >100 trains/d) must take into account noise pollution in new construction, modification of existing tracks which must not exceed thresholds.
