15 km buffer drawn around the outer boundaries of the urban unit of more than 15,000 inhabitants of Aurillac/Arpajon-sur-Cère (urban unit within the meaning of the general population census).
Layer created by DDT 15 to serve as the basis for the application of the new Article L.122-2 IV of the Urban Planning Code, resulting from the so-called “ALUR” law published in the JORF of 26 March 2014. Attention, this layer concerns only urban units with more than 15,000 inhabitants located in the department of Cantal (for example, the urban units of Figeac in the department of Lot and Decazeville in the department of Aveyron).
