Inventory of Finistère List 1 fish spawning areas
Spawning zones in the department of Finistère recited in Prefectural Order No 20104106-0003 of 16 April 2014 pursuant to Article L432-3 of the Environmental Code
For the preparation of this inventory, two categories of fish, classified in two lists laid down by the Ministerial Order of 23 April 2008, were distinguished under Article R432-1 of the Environmental Code.
— (1) The first list includes fish species whose reproduction is highly dependent on the size of the bottom of the minor bed of a watercourse. The order specifies the characteristics of the grain size of the mineral substrate corresponding to the spawning grounds of each species;
— 2° The second list includes fish species whose reproduction depends on a number of factors, as well as crustacean species.
This layer represents the parts of rivers demarcated for the establishment of the spawning inventory list 1 fish on the department of Finistère.
