Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Perimeter assigned to a louveterie lieutenant in Moselle

Part of the departmental territory assigned to a lieutenant of louveterie. The provisions relating to louvetry lieutenants are set out in Articles L. 427-1 to L. 427-7 and R. 427-1 to R. 427-4 of the Environmental Code. The lieutenants of louveteries are appointed by the prefect and compete under his authority in the lation and destruction of animals likely to cause damage. They are sworn and shall have standing to establish, within the limits of the electoral district fixed to them, infringements of the hunting police. They are the technical advisers of the administration on the problems posed by the management of the wildlife; the administrative hunts and beaten are organised under their control and under their technical responsibility. Their duties, carried out in the general interest, are voluntary.
